The artificial grass installation was done carefully and the preparation underneath is clearly what makes it last. They dug out the old turf and built it up with the right materials so there are no bumps or drainage issues.

Last year we finally decided to get the garden sorted out properly. The team from York Exterior Solutions came and did all the groundwork for the new patio area.

They excavated quite a lot because the ground was very soft and then built up a solid sub-base with good drainage. What I really appreciated was how they explained everything clearly and kept the mess contained. Several months on the paving is still completely level and stable. It’s given us much more confidence in the whole project.

After struggling with muddy patches for years we went for artificial grass. The installers were professional and kept the area tidy throughout the job.

I’m one of those people who notices little details and the finish on this is bang on. The edges are neat, the levels are right and the whole area feels properly built.
