I was a bit unsure whether cleaning would make enough difference but I'm so glad I went ahead. The patio was covered in algae and dirt from the trees overhead.

They did a thorough job and brought the original colour back beautifully. The team were polite and respectful throughout and even offered a few tips on how to keep it looking good longer. It's completely changed how we use the garden and the kids love playing out there again. Excellent value for the improvement we got.

I was a bit worried about having a digger on site but it went very smoothly. They removed all the old turf and dug down properly for the new lawn.

Communication was excellent throughout and they even took time to explain what they were doing. Site was left clean every evening.

Had a new paved area put in for the bins and side access. Quick job and very tidy workers.

After seeing how dull our driveway had become I rang for a quote and they were straight with me about what could be achieved. The cleaning took a few hours and they were careful around the borders and bins.

Back in the spring we had York Exterior lay new block paving on our driveway after the old tarmac started breaking up. They spent time getting the sub-base right and sorted the drainage properly so water no longer pools.

The pattern we selected gives it a bit of character without being over the top. The lads were friendly and kept us in the loop the whole way through. It's held up brilliantly even with all the rain we've had and parking feels much more stable now. The whole front of the house looks far smarter and we're really glad we went ahead with it.
